By virtue of its extensive experience in planning large governmental and international events, Triumph was called to play the prominent role of General supervisor for the Summit that brings together the members of the European Union and the Association of South-East Asian Nations efficiency (ASEAN), China, Japan and the Republic of Korea. Triumph provided fundamental assistance in planning the areas and the pathways reserved for the Delegations, as well as full management of the accreditation and access control services, managing the Plenary meeting and the Protocol interface.

Functions like this are extremely delicate, and even the slightest change can entail massive consequences, as well as impacts on security.

During the ASEM summit in Ulaanbaatar, in Mongolia, a terrorist attack took place in Nice, France, and there was an attempted coup d’état in Turkey. In these two situations, we proved how our organizational flexibility, combined with our monitoring and crisis management procedures, make it possible to handle any type of emergency.

The organizational and logistic consequences of the two mentioned events were handled with the utmost professionalism and: additional press conferences, new security measures, sudden departures, these are just a few of the circumstances we faced, with great success.
