More than just snow! From Venetian culture to Italian history and sports, a spectacular journey that has engaged and moved two million people.
The Opening Ceremony opens the curtain on the 46th edition of the Alpine World Ski Championships and is the first large-scale production in the pandemic era.
A live production for a show to enjoy via cable. A high-impact, imaginative tale that retraces the history of skiing worldwide and emphasizes Italy’s uniqueness in an explosion of engaging impressions, aerial pirouettes, dancers, iconic voices and musical performances that brought to life the broadcast show.
This 75-minutes journey on stage opened the skiing event that officially marked the return of sports and turned the viewing audience into long-distance tourists.
Facing all kinds of weather conditions we set up stage designs and technical structures, produced the show and managed anti-COVID safety regulations as well as the many artists who performed.
A team-wide success in one of the most challenging contexts ever!
