Our operational strategy was rolled out on several levels, from risk impact assessment to cooperation with the Civil Protection and with our suppliers, to back-office work with the Triumph headquarters in Rome in support of the on-site staff.
Flexibility, experience, efficiency, solidity: these are the pillars that allowed us to successfully plan one of the events that best testifies to our organizational skills.
The 2009 Summit was moved from La Maddalena to L’Aquila, following the terrible earthquake that had stricken the city, just 3 months before the event. We tackled the location change for this global event, moving the project from Sardinia to Abruzzo during its executive phase, and fitting into a deeply disadvantaged environment in a situation of ongoing contingency.
