Dates and location: 10-15 June 2019 - MiCo, Milan
Target: Medical specialists in dermatology, rheumatology, immunology, oncology, pathology; cosmetic surgeons; nurses and medical students.
This one-of-a-kind engagement allowed us to take part in this Congress and in its 130-year history in bringing the dermatological community together to share clinical experience and scientific progress, for the common good.
The World Congress of Dermatology is a perfect example of how the largest meetings and the special, private ones can be managed with the same care and efficiency. The 24th WCD was attended by 17000 participants, it involved over 100 hotels, a 15000 sqm exhibition area, 200 meetings and workshops, 1480 speakers.
This project started with the creation of a strong, modern and highly symbolic visual identity. We then worked on all stages of planning: from organizational office work, to planning trips for the attendees coming from all over the world, to assisting speakers or monitoring social media interactions. Our business units took care of all aspects relating to exhibitor coordination and sponsor visibility, while the Design department created and crafted the staging of all the venues.
